Customer Satisfaction & Returns

At Solar-South Africa, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets the highest quality standards and your expectations. However, should you experience any issues; we are here to assist you promptly and professionally.


60-Days Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 60 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Upon successful inspection, you may choose between a full refund or a credit to your account.

💡 Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time. There is no return fee for non-defective products.


Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email: info@solar-southafrica.co.za within 60 days of receiving your order.
  2. Collection: We will arrange to collect the item using a return waybill we provide.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your preferred refund option within 10 working days.

Damaged Goods

While damages are rare, we understand that issues can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement unit to be dispatched at no extra cost.

Supply Errors

If your delivery is missing an item or contains an incorrect product:

  • Notify us as soon as possible.
  • We will rectify the error by collecting the incorrect item and delivering the correct product as per your original order.

Refund Timelines

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 10 working days after return validation. Please note that clearance time may vary by bank. We do not charge a return fee for non-defective products, but we reserve the right to review cases that fall outside our standard return criteria.
