Our Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the key details regarding shipping times, costs, and procedures to ensure you receive your solar products in a timely manner.
Order Cutoff & Handling
- Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (SAST)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Saturday.
- Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
- Orders are immediately processed upon confirmation to ensure fast and reliable dispatch.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place an order:
- You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order details and reference number.
- When your order ships, we’ll send a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number and link.
- A final delivery notification is sent upon successful delivery.
Courier & Delivery Information
- We offer door-to-door courier services to valid street addresses in:
- South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Angola, Tanzania, Madagascar, Mauritius, China, Malaysia, India, UAE, and Qatar.
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). No standard deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
- Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value.
- Additional Charges:
In some cases, depending on the delivery location and the size of the order, additional shipping charges may apply. Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery:
Most orders will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
- Remote Areas:
For deliveries to more remote areas, shipping may take slightly longer, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
- Express Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, we offer express shipping options at an additional cost.
- International Shipping:
For international deliveries, shipping may take slightly longer, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
- Delivery times for express shipping typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or national public holidays, may cause slight delays, but we will always inform you of any major disruptions.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress.
- You can use the provided tracking number on the courier’s website to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
Delivery to Address
- Please ensure that you provide a complete and correct delivery address when placing your order. This helps avoid delays or complications in the delivery process.
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. If you are not available at the time of delivery, they may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Depending on the courier service, you may be able to reschedule delivery or collect the order from the nearest depot.
Returns and Damaged Items
- If your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged items to assist in the claims process.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa. However, if you are located outside the country and would like to inquire about shipping, please reach out to us.
